Mike has been with ServiceMaster since 1993 and brings more than three decades of hands-on restoration and estimating experience. He is recognized by the insurance industry as an expert on large commercial and institutional claims, and is known for his precision, professionalism and ability to manage complex situations. Mike has built a strong reputation as a trusted restoration estimator and leader, with experience spanning residential, commercial and large-loss assignments. His focus is on sound decision-making, quality execution and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurance professionals.

Brad McKeown
Emergency Services Manager

Brad and his crews of technical experts define 24/7/365 service.  He brings tremendous dedication and passion to this critical role within our organization and is recognized by Independent Adjusters as ‘The go-to-guy’ for any emergency.

Prior to becoming our Client Relationship Manager, Jeff was our Emergency Services Manager. His attention to detail, easy going nature and client engagement help us achieve a seamless claims process while delivering on key performance objectives.

Wayne Spicer

Wayne has been an estimator with us for 24 years and brings an unsurpassed level of enthusiasm to our operation.   He was a carpenter working for us under contract prior to joining us in a full time capacity.    Wayne is exceptionally meticulous and great with people and as such he is very well liked by both adjusters and their clients.

Tracey Quick

Tracey brings over 35 years of office management and bookkeeping experience, half of which have been in the Construction and Restoration industries.   Tracey is particularly energetic, has a tremendous work ethic and takes pride in keeping employee morale high.

Storm Ivory
Vice President Operations and Owner

Storm has progressed through project management, estimating and operational leadership roles within ServiceMaster Restore. He is highly sought after by insurer partners for claims involving their high-net-worth and VIP clients, where discretion, communication and exceptional service are critical. Storm is recognized for strong organization, adaptability and client communication, with a focus on returning homes and businesses to pre-loss condition as efficiently as possible while maintaining a high standard of customer service. He holds a degree from Queen's University, certification from the Construction Institute of Canada and has completed Xactimate Mastery Level training.

Shaun Barbeau
Senior Project Manager

Shaun experience include being apprentice mechanic and several years as a schoold board Caretaker and Head of Maintainance.    he has worked in a family construction business where he  gained valuable hands-on experience with the tools.  Shaun subsequently transitioned to Condo Property Management where he expanded his knowledge of the building envelope, learned condo rules, bylaws, as well as condo repair.  It was in his capacity of Property Manager that we first met Shaun while we were responding to a claim at one of his buildings.  We quickly added him to our team and since joining ServiceMaster, Shaun has built a reputation of exceeding customer expectations - attested to by the number of accolades we receive from happy customers!     

Patrick Brandt

Patrick brings more than 20 years of experience in the disaster restoration industry with roles of increasing responsibility ranging from Cleaner through to General Manager.    He is empathetic and accordingly enjoys helping customers while showing a high degree of dedication to his work.

Jackie brings deep knowledge of the building envelope and has honed her restoration skills through more than 20 years in the insurance and disaster restoration industries.   She is thorough and well liked by policyholders, her colleagues and adjusters.

Glenn has extensive Commercial and Residential loss restoration experience accumulated over more than 30 years in the Disaster Restoration industry.  His disposition quickly puts customers at ease and he is always responsive to Claims Professionals.

Rob Giroux
Managing Partner and Owner

Rob brings more than 30 years of insurance-industry experience, including senior roles with one of Canada's largest insurers. His career has included positions as Adjuster, Claims Manager and Vice President of Corporate Development, giving him a broad understanding of claims, insurer expectations and business strategy. Rob joined ServiceMaster in 2012 and brings an insurer-focused perspective to the ownership team. He holds an MBA through Northwestern University and York University.
